Blueprint for Life Team

	Mike Kendrick is the visionary, founder, Chairman, co-author, and spiritual venture capitalist without whom Blueprint would never have been birthed. He is a Senior Partner of Roswell Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, and runs several other enterprises in addition to launching new Christian non-profits such as Ministry Ventures, Blueprint For Life and Kingdom Investor Network.
	Miguel Knuckey is a passionate ambassador for Blueprint due to his first hand testimony of God’s working in his life and seeing its direct impact in the lives of hundreds of others. As Executive Director/CEO, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of the ministry and building the Bluecrew team and volunteers across the globe. He brings a strong coaching and counseling spirit to Blueprint for Life. His background includes research and study into human performance behaviors and a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training. His valuable experience in establishing strategic relationships with Book of Hope International has been a great blessing to Blueprint’s recent anointed expansion into Latin America. He and his wife Alexandra live in Boca Raton, FL and have a precious daughter.
	Arris Turner Charles is a Christian Life Coach and graduate of Coach U. She is also a Board Certified Biblical Counselor (BCBC) with a focus on women's ministry. Her background is in Electrical Engineering, Project Management and Leadership Training & Development. Arris is the Executive Vice President/COO for Blueprint for Life. Her responsibilities include oversight of Blueprint’s programs, finance, ministry impact (analysis), volunteer staff, legal and risk management as well as co-laboring with the strategic direction for the ministry. Her genuine heart to serve wherever there is a need brings a great asset in addition to her role. Her personal mission is to be a voice of truth to inspire Christians in becoming all that God uniquely purposed them to be and she is passionate about inspiring people to make their personal vision as extraordinary as God intended. Married since 1993, Arris and her husband Ron live in Houston, TX with their two sons.
	Sharri DeSalvo provides a true servant heart and professional administrative support for Blueprint for Life in addition to handling all Blueprint shipping orders with remarkable speed, grace and efficiency. The high level of customer service she provides inspires and challenges us all.
Training Institute Faculty Members:
	Russ Rainey, PHD - Certified Blueprint for Life Coach Trainer Dr. Russ Rainey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has served three megachurches as Director of Counseling. In that capacity, he has also led and trained large teams of staff and volunteers in a variety of people-helping ministries. His work experience also includes university and seminary positions as well as corporate and governmental organizations. He is currently Director of Courageous Growth Coaching. Russ is a Certified Leadership Coach and Coach Trainer through Transformational Leadership Coaching. He loves both Life and Leadership Coaching and is gifted at listening, asking insightful and powerful questions, and inspiring individuals to dream big, get unstuck and stay on track to the fulfillment that God intends. Russ is an emotionally intelligent leader who enables individuals, leaders, and organizations to master the skills which account for 80-90% of any person's overall success. One of Dr. Rainey's life coaching clients stated, "Russ believed in me…coaching has totally transformed me and I am living the abundant life God has promised. 	Brandy Prince, Certified Blueprint for Life Coach Trainer Brandy Prince is a life and leadership coach as well as a coach trainer with Transformational Leadership Coaching. She lives in Rowlett with her husband, two teenage boys and three dogs. She has been active in her church and community for the last 20 years, coordinating & training volunteers for various organizations and ministries. She has worked through many family issues and is passionate about people overcoming past hurts to live a full and abundant life. Through 10 years of personal recovery and coaching she has seen dramatic changes in her own life as well as the lives of her family, friends, coworkers and clients. Brandy loves partnering with people to bring growth and change to their lives. Her clients enjoy some unique benefits with her as their coach including: a fun, authentic, high energy relationship, a learning environment that practices self-coaching through the art of self-questioning, a change in their success/failure paradigm that allows them to make the most of every experience and a proven system that helps them engage universal principles that propel them towards success.
