He is a Senior Partner of Roswell Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, and runs several other enterprises in addition to launching new Christian non-profits such as Ministry Ventures, Blueprint For Life and Kingdom Investor Network. |

Miguel Knuckey is a passionate ambassador for Blueprint due to his first hand testimony of God’s work in his life and seeing its direct impact in the lives of thousands of others. As the CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, partnerships and the voice of blueprint. He spends his time speaking at churches, businesses, organizations and currently hosts a radiocast called “Born for More”, bringing our message to inspire and challenge people to discover the life they were born to live. He brings a strong discipleship and coaching spirit to the ministry. His background includes research and study into human performance behaviors and a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training. He and his wife Alexandra live in Boca Raton, FL and have a precious daughter. |

Billy Craven currently serves as the Ministry Development Director for Blueprint for Life. He is responsible for managing the Blueprint team and building the field Area Directors. He has over 29 years of successful entrepreneurship experience with small businesses and franchises. He and his wife Cindy resides in Boca Raton, Florida and has three children. They both came to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior in 1989. His passion lies in serving Christ through intercessory prayer, small groups and men’s ministry. |

Arris Turner Charles is a Christian Life Coach and graduate of Coach U. She is also a Board Certified Biblical Counselor (BCBC) with a focus on women's ministry. Her background is in Electrical Engineering, Project Management and Leadership Training & Development. Arris is the Executive Vice President/COO for Blueprint for Life. Her responsibilities include oversight of Blueprint’s programs, finance, ministry impact (analysis), volunteer staff, legal and risk management as well as co-laboring with the strategic direction for the ministry. Her genuine heart to serve wherever there is a need brings a great asset in addition to her role. Her personal mission is to be a voice of truth to inspire Christians in becoming all that God uniquely purposed them to be and she is passionate about inspiring people to make their personal vision as extraordinary as God intended. Married since 1993, Arris and her husband Ron live in Houston, TX with their two sons. |

Lee Conway is the Area Outreach Director for the South East Region. He is also a Christian Life Coach, graduate of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching and founder of E.Q.U.I.P. Coaching. He has 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and has owned and operated five businesses. Lee’s life purpose is to help others discover and fulfill their own life purpose. He is passionate about coming alongside local Churches to help them equip the saints to walk together as a priesthood of believers who, through the fragrance of Christ, impact their communities with the Kingdom of God. Lee and his wife Lisa have eight remarkable children and currently reside in Daytona Beach Florida. |

Ted Hillison currently serves as the Area Outreach Director for the West Coast of the US. He is also the principal investor at Gameplan Financial, a full service lending and insurance brokerage located in the state of Oregon. Ted has enjoyed a long career working for Fortune 500 banking institutions. Throughout his career, he has developed a love and desire for mentoring, teaching and coaching the next generation. He is also an affiliate of Kingdom Advisors, previous Executive Director for Oregon Jumpstart, a coalition for financial literacy and serves on the Board of Directors for Oregon Mentors. |
